Policy Overview
All authorized retailers, clubs, pro shops, and partners must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for NOX products.
MAP applies to all publicly advertised pricing, including:
- Websites
- Online marketplaces
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Digital ads
- Printed promotions
This policy applies to advertised prices only. Final selling price remains at the retailer’s discretion.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with MAP may result in:
- Removal of Elite pricing status
- Suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges
- Termination of authorized dealer status
Enforcement is at the sole discretion of 4040 Distributors.
