If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy below.
All NOX products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email info@4040d.com with your order number
- Include photos of the defect
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or modifications.
NOX enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy across all authorized U.S. retailers. This protects your margins and ensures fair competition across all sales channels.

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
All wholesale orders are placed through 4040d.com using your approved account. We accept all major credit cards and ACH/wire transfers for qualified accounts.
